Skoon™ Laundromats will select the cleaning method for each item based on standard industry practices, the item’s condition at intake, and the information available at the time of processing. This may include in-house laundering, bulk washing, dry cleaning, or outsourcing to an accredited specialist.

By submitting any item, the customer authorises Skoon™ Laundromats to determine the appropriate cleaning method and accepts all risks associated with that method, including the limitations stated in the Skoon™ Terms & Liability Policy.

Customers acknowledge that Skoon™ Laundromats is not liable for outcomes that arise from the cleaning method selected, including but not limited to colour change, shrinkage, texture change, or deterioration due to pre-existing weaknesses.
