Drop off at either store or arrange collection. Our team washes, dries and folds your laundry. We are not a self-service laundromat.

Visit Portside at 4 Bree Street or Foreshore at 15 Lower Long Street. Leave your laundry with our team and we’ll take care of it.
Book Collection & Delivery
We collect from hotels, Airbnbs, guest houses, homes and offices within our 5 km service area. Book and confirm your collection before leaving laundry with reception or a concierge.

Everyday Laundry
WASH - DRY - FOLD
Wash, dry and fold for everyday clothes and washable linen. We keep personal customers’ laundry separate from other customers’ orders. Standard turnaround is 24 hours from drop-off.
Laundry By Item
A FEW GARMENTS
Have only a few garments? Choose individually priced wash, dry and fold, with a R175 walk-in minimum spend per wash load. Ironing is charged separately.
Activewear
PERFORMANCE FABRICS
Specialist laundering for sportswear and performance fabrics. We use detergent intended for activewear and select a suitable drying method for the garments.
Dry Cleaning
SPECIALIST PARTNER
Bring us suits, dresses, coats and other suitable garments. Dry cleaning is handled by a specialist partner. Standard turnaround is 3–4 days, or up to 5 days during busy periods. Express is unavailable for dry-cleaned items.
Home Laundry & Large Items
WASH - DRY - FOLD
We care for towels, sheets, blankets, duvet inners and removable covers. We assess large or specialist items and confirm the cleaning method and price before processing.
Sneaker Cleaning
BY SYNDIKAT
Our Syndikat™ sneaker-care division offers Refresh and Revive cleaning, with additional care options where suitable.

Ironing & Steaming
Add ironing or steaming to suitable garments. Signature Press is available for shirts and includes starch and a hanger. We also offer roller ironing for sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases. Ironing is priced separately from washing.
Stain Care & Wash Options
Routine stain spotting is part of our laundry service. Specialist stain treatments are charged separately, and complete removal cannot be guaranteed. Ask us about separate colour loads, air drying, Colour Catchers and fragrance boosters. We confirm any additional charges before processing.

Standard

Wash, dry and fold: 24 hours from drop-off.
Express
+50% OF THE TOTAL BILL
Need it back in less than 24 hours? Express adds 50% to the bill. This can include a confirmed same-day return or an earlier return the following morning.
Lightspeed
+50% OF THE TOTAL BILL + R250.00
For urgent eligible laundry, five-hour Lightspeed adds 50% plus R250. Same-day requests placed after 12:00 are assessed as Lightspeed orders.
Express and Lightspeed depend on capacity and a return time confirmed by our team. They are unavailable for dry cleaning, ironing and air drying.
Laundry for teams & travel groups
We assist school sports teams, tour operators and groups travelling together. Tell us the number of people, approximate laundry volume, collection location and required return date. We’ll confirm the practical arrangements and provide a quote.
