Yes, we offer ironing, as well as steaming, services. Ironing and steaming are charged at R22.00 per item. Have your items returned folded or hanger. Hangers are charged additionally.

Yes, we offer shoe and sneaker cleaning services through one of our trusted partners. Please note that this service may take up to 72 hours to ensure thorough cleaning and care.
When using the app or website, you will be prompted to enter your laundry weight. If you are uncertain, feel free to choose the closest option available. Rest assured, we will re-weight your order upon arrival at the store. We prode ourselves on clear communication with our customers. If adjustments are needed, we will simply update the weight and reach out via WhatsApp or phone call to confirm before proceeding.
Yes, we have very good relationships with hotels, apart hotels, Airbnb properties and lodges. Simply leave your laundry at reception, concierge or guest services and we will pickup and return from there.
A notification will be sent to you as soon as your laundry has been received, weighed and booked in at our store. Any other communication will be done traditionall over the phone or WhatsApp. You will receive another notification when your laundry has been completed.
Ironing and air drying is unfortunately unavailable for express order to to time contstraints. We currently do not offer ironing or air drying on same-day turnaround items or “light speed” orders under 5 hours. For these services, we recommend selecting a standard turnaround time to ensure the highest quality care for your garments.
