STANDARD EXPRESS SERVICE:

• Same-Day Service (Monday – Saturday): For same-day readiness, drop off your laundry before 10:00, and we’ll ensure it’s cleaned, dried, and ready by closing time. A 50% express surcharge applies to cover the priority service. If you need your laundry back within 24 hours, this surcharge will apply as well.

• Sunday Service: On Sundays, we close earlier at 14:00. If you need your laundry guaranteed ready by 18:00 on Monday (or earlier in the day), your order will also be subject to the 50% express surcharge. This ensures your laundry jumps the queue, receiving prioritized attention.

LIGHTSPEED EXPRESS SERVICE:

For urgent needs, our Lightspeed Express Service guarantees a rapid, 5-hour turnaround. If laundry is dropped off at 12:00 or later and still requires same-day readiness, the service is subject to both the 50% express surcharge and an additional flat fee of R250.00. This premium service ensures your items are prioritized and ready on the same day within a 5-hour window.
